Senior principal engineer
ATEX (explosive atmosphere) - contribution to multidiscipline project task force, advisor and reporting to project management.
Both electrical and non-electrical equipment, mainly instrument & automation discipline coordination and support to package discipline responsible engineer (PDE), incl. intrinsically safe (IS=egensikker) loop calculations doc. production for the EPma part of the proj.
Review supplier ATEX documentation own discipline, but also part time support to electrical and mechanical discipline. Including review of and giving advise to supplier development of EU Declaration of Conformity (EU DoC - samsvarserklæring) for assemblies, compliance to ATEX 2014/34/EU directive.
Support to and review of IS loop calculations documents for the hull and the turret module.
Main achievement for this task force considered to be increased focus on ATEX issues both from employer and client. Further development and possible quality improvement unknown to me.

Phase 1
- P1 production platform, ATEX - coordination and support to instr. Automation discipline package responsible engineer(PDE), review supplier documentation, intrinsically safe(IS=egensikker) loop calculations doc. production for the EPma part.
Additonally reviewing and updating to As Built the IS loop calculations doc. for the drilling and riser platforms.
Including review of EU Declaration of Conformity (EU DoC), compliance to ATEX 2014/34/EU directive, for the P1 production platform.
- PDE (package discipline responsible engineer) instrument & automation temporary generators and temporary air compressor for the P1 production platform. Review supplier documentation and participated FAT (factory acceptance test)
