You will work with specialists in organic chemistry and process engineering with a high standard of science, innovation and quality. The service is a full time service and the workplace is in Karlskoga. WORK DESCRIPTIONAs a synthetic chemist in R&D, your main mission is to deliver scalable processes for development products to our customers in the pharmaceutical industry. The work takes place in project form with emphasis on organic synthesis and experimental planning. You will plan and implement your experiments and the work is characterized by strong focus on safety, quality and robustness. In the role you have many contact points inside and outside the company, including continuously reporting your results in the project and to the customers.Once the initial development work has been completed, you will follow the product into pilot scale manufacturing. Your task as a synthetic chemist is to support the production department in the chemical aspects of the manufacturing processes. WO ARE YOUWe are looking for a MSc or PhD in organic chemistry. We also believe that you have at least a couple of years of experience in laboratory synthesis and experience in the process industry. Experience of industrial crystallization processes, trial planning or process optimization is considered to be meritorious.In this role, you need to be creative, focused and enjoy challenges.
