We are looking for someone to join our Norwegian team, who is ready to take control of our biggest brand; Eau Thermale Avène. We are looking for someone with good market knowledge, who excels in the execution of brand activities, and enjoys a close cooperation with our customers. Being successful in this job requires a customer and market centric approach to be combined with our Nordic brand strategy.

Key job accountabilities

• A good understanding of the pharmacy market and the ability to utilize this knowledge to develop and grow the brand awareness and market shares
• Work closely with both internal & external stakeholders to reach the end consumer with the right brand communication and information
• Developing local campaigns and POS material based on Nordic strategies, including social media
• Cooperating with sales and training department regarding brand training material and sales forecasting
• Develop the brands digital identity in Norway
• Plan and implement SoMe and influencer campaigns
• Responsible for the brands budget and act as the brand ambassador for Avène
• Cooperation with the Nordic organization on brand identity and direction

Your profile

• You have a relevant master's degree within marketing, business or communication, and a solid experience preferably from the FMCG or pharmacy channel
• Experience working digitally and creating digital content
• Good analytical skills and creative when developing new ideas and approaches
• You are innovative and challenge the status quo, and have the ability to work as part of a team
• You take ownership of your tasks with a focus on achieving the results needed
• A team player, with natural spirit and enthusiasm
• You are fluent in Norwegian and English
