Musikkterapeuten ansettes i avdeling Barn og Unges Psykiske Helse (BUPH) lik det øvrige musikkterapitilbudet i klinikken. BUPH er en klinisk avdeling i Barne- og ungdomsklinikken (BUK) hvor avdelingsleder inngår i klinikkens ledergruppe.  Avdelingen består av ca. 7 årsverk med barnepsykiatere, psykologer, familieterapeuter og musikkterapeut. BUPH-BUK yter psykiske helsetjenester til Barne- og ungdomsklinikkens pasienter og deres familier. Tilbudet gjelder primært under sykehusoppholdet men med mulighet for avgrenset  poliklinisk oppfølging etter utskrivning. Kjerneområder  avdeling BUPH jobber med er psykosomatikk, psykiske vansker relatert til eller i kombinasjon med kroniske/ alvorlige sykdommer, mestring av kronisk sykdom, tilknytning og samspill når det gjelder foreldre og premature nyfødte barn eller småbarn med sammensatte spiseutfordringer  og intervensjoner i akutte krise , inklusiv vurdering av selvmordsfare. Musikkterapeutens oppgaver vil primært knyttes til Nyfødt intensivavdeling. Avdelingen behandler barn ned til 26. svangerskapsuke, syke nyfødte og barn under 3 måneder som krever intensivbehandling . Avdelingen har et sterkt fokus på foreldreinvolvering og arbeider etter Nidcapprinsipper    Arbeidsoppgaver De siste 2 år har det vært gjennomført et prosjekt for å utvikle og prøve ut et musikkterapitilbud tilpasset nyfødtintensivavdelingen. Prosjektet er nå i en avslutningsfase.  Den som tilsettes har som hovedoppgave å videreutvikle tilbudet i 2020 basert på prosjektets erfaringer og anbefalinger, og med mål å etablere et fast musikkterapitilbud ved nyfødtintensiv i BUK. Vi søker deg med relevant kompetanse og interesse for musikkterapi med syke nyfødte og deres familier.
