Key Responsibilities of Front Office Agent/ Night Front Office Agent: ¿ Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests ¿ Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings ¿ Arranges for special services requested by the guest ¿ Focus on key elements such as service, quality and sale ¿ Day to Day routines in accordance to routines, policies and other instructions ¿ Work closely with all departments within the hotel Requirements of Receptionist/ Night Receptionist: ¿ Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience ¿ Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous ¿ Yes I Can! Attitude ¿ Can work individually and with a team ¿ Structured and independent workers who can handle pressure ¿ Proactive and service minded attitude ¿ Take necessary decision and keep calm under pressure ¿ Scandinavian Language is a must as well as English. ¿ Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred If you have a passion for checking people in...or out, check in with us, and say Yes I Can!
