We are hiring talented individuals to join the Oslo office of one of the world's leading professional services firms.

Senior Client Service Advisor, Health and Benefits

This position will be serving Aon's pension and personnel insurance business. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing client accounts and you will be Aon's trusted 'touch-point' for day-to-day client contact. The Senior Client Service Advisor is expected to take a proactive role in creating a client service excellence focus, ensuring continuous business improvement activities and that client service standards are met or exceeded. This is a senior role where you are expected to take initiatives and drive results.

Your tasks will include:

  • Discover client needs throughout daily communication, and seek Aon solutions together with Account Executive and client team.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities, for example for products, services, projects, service teams or other focus areas.
  • Assist and drive renewals and tender processes.
  • Develop and update client information material and hold presentations for clients and their employees.
  • Individual pension consulting.
  • Support Sales, Account management and Broking with needed service.

Qualifications and competencies:
  • University degree (Master) and/or Professional insurance qualification
  • Several years of experience from a Client Service role
  • Extensive experience from Insurance and/or Insurance Broking products, services & processes and experience from working within the pension area.
  • Good understanding of user technology applications and use of online tools and resources
  • Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)

Client Service Advisor, Risk

This position will be serving Aon's risk insurance business, covering areas such as property, liability and cyber. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing client accounts and you will be Aon's trusted 'touch-point' for day-to-day client contact. You will use your experience to both proactively identify client needs and recognize opportunities for internal operational development and -improvements.

Your tasks will include:
  • Discover client needs throughout daily communication, and seek Aon solutions together with Account Executive and client team.
  • Review insurance policies, renewal terms and analyze claim statistics.
  • Assist in tender processes.
  • Develop and update client information material and hold presentations for clients and their employees.
  • Support Sales, Account management and Broking with needed service.

Qualifications and competencies:
  • University degree (Bachelor) preferably within law and/or Professional insurance qualification
  • Experience from working with Insurance and/or Insurance Broking products, services & processes
  • Good understanding of user technology applications and use of online tools and resources
  • Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
