Account Manager - Norway Trackunit

You are going to work for a company that is leading within its field and has control over the entire value chain. Trackunit has a casual, but performance-oriented working culture. You'll have frequent contact with colleagues in and outside Norway and we will provide you with competent technical and commercial support.

We are looking for a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in our Small and Medium Business Segment.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Sell Software as a Service (SaaS) contracts to small and medium-sized customers. This segment includes machine dealers, rental companies and contractors across the country
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by offering them value adding and cost-effective SaaS solutions to their industry
  • Turn prepared, qualified leads and meeting appointments from our Business Development Representatives into sales opportunities and closed deals
  • Plan and execute relevant market activities such as in exhibitions, seminars, product launches etc.
  • Work closely with our Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise customers
  • Maintain your business portfolio and keep records of sales opportunities, forecasts, closed deals, etc. in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Work from our office space in modern premises in Fredrikstad

Qualifications

  • You drive for results and have an excellent track record in sales; preferably from the construction industry
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating new accounts and winning multi-year SaaS deals
  • You can plan and drive new business sales growth in line with corporate growth expectations
  • Experience of planning sales and building an account strategy; you will understand how to read market trends, analyze competitor data and incorporate customer needs and feedback.
  • You speak Norwegian like a native, and you are fluent in English
