The Role
We’re seeking an advocate of the end-user, an User Experience (UX) consultant who is passionate about UX and everything about design thinking, user interaction and usability. Being self-motivated and forward thinking, we want you to actively contribute to our customer-centric culture. We need you to be a determined and driven team-worker, who drive high-quality work within the scope of the role.
As part of our fast-growing core team in the Nordics, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and growth of our UX and design capabilities in the region. You will work with clients across industry domains and bring customer-centric focus to their products, services and transformation initiatives, to deliver unique and innovative design solutions.
Some typical activities at work:
- Identify and analyse user needs and evaluate designs, current state, products or services to identify user groups, journeys, and pain points.
- Originate, evaluate and iterate user journey maps, user path diagrams and sketches.
- Design UX mock-ups and prototypes, user and process flows, and functional specifications.
- Plan, conduct and moderate design thinking workshops, stakeholder sessions, user research and user testing activities.
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, partners and customers on a frequent basis, across various levels and functions within technology, marketing, business etc.
- Define, develop and present innovative concepts for your clients for their various product, service and marketing needs.
- Provide your design expertise to help shape and win new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience
Must haves:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a portfolio to demonstrate.
- Experience developing personas, user journeys and customer journey frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of Sketch, InVision and other relevant wire-framing, visualization and prototyping tools.
- Experience in developing and presenting conceptual approaches and synthesizing feedback into realizable production designs.
- Strong knowledge of service design principles to map current and future states and identify key opportunities areas.
- Expert knowledge of current digital trends and best practices to create compelling and efficient digital experiences.
- Good understanding of responsive design, platform constraints, browsers and accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to communication effectively and present and sell your designs effectively to key stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills (to senior executive level).
- Comfortable working within the constraints of customer specifications and technical feasibility.
Nice to haves:
- Proficiency in visual design.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe CC and other visual or UI design tools.
- A well-rounded portfolio across B2C and B2B. Prior experience designing for enterprise applications and digital workplaces a plus.
- Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment.
- Experience designing mobile applications and mobile-first web solutions.
- Strong understanding of research techniques and analytics tools.
