We are now looking for our new HR Competence and Resource Advisor to join our operations. The position is based onshore and workplace will be the Maersk Drilling Norge AS office in Stavanger. You will be part of the HR department and report to HR Manager.Key responsibilitiesOverall responsible for recruitment, hereunder creation of job ad's, publishing of vacancies, handling of applicants, maintenance of recruitment system and act as contact person towards other recruitment channels Responsible for continuous maintenance of course matrix and ensure all employees hold the necessary required qualifications and training, and that personnel related procedures and processes are in compliance with external and internal regulations Responsible for the Offshore Relief pool. Monitor composition and utilization, ensure sufficient manning in accordance with budget, regulations and local agreements. Responsible for all administrative activities related to our apprentices, hereunder selection, company introduction, act as point of contact and follow-up in all topics related to apprentices. Keep in good contact with internal and external stakeholdersQualification requirementsWe are looking for a strong team player, while at the same time being able to work independently. You hold minimum a Bachelor degree within HR, Administration or similar education, and you have a strong focus on quality and drive. 3 years + of business experience Proficient in Norwegian and English - written and spoken Experience within the industry and knowledge to industrial rules and regulations will be an advantage. Relevant experience can compensate for required formal education.
