Canal Digital AS is a leading pay TV distributor in the Nordics, serving close to 800.000 households in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. The service portfolio comprise more than 130 linear TV channels distributed over satellite as well as an interactive streaming services delivered over the internet.

Job description

• To develop Canal Digital Inbound sales channels according to Canal Digital Nordic Sales strategy.
• To support and build the competence in all Nordic external sales teams at Canal Digital Customer Service partner.
• Set targets for all Nordic inbound channels
• Integrate the Nordic Inbound sales strategy
• Contribute in the pan Nordic cross channel Sales activities
• Monthly business reviews with the external callcenter management.
• On site Monthly training and coaching sessions at our external call centres
• On site Monthly follow up of the external callcentres
• Close cooperation with Nordic and local resources to secure the roll out of the Nordic Sales channels strategy
• Cooperation with Customer Experience team to develop the common operation.
• Close cooperation with both management and operational resources at the outsourced Customer Service Partner.
• Set targets and activities for all 4 nordic Sales teams.
• Weekly KPI management reporting
• Set profiles for recruitment of new agents.

Qualifications and personal qualities

• Management competence in Customer Service operations
• Sales experience from inbound or outbound sales by phone
• Experienced project manager
• University degree, 2-3 years

• 1 Nordic language + fluent English
• Structured
• Good coaching capabilities
• Needs to be able to travel weekly or bi-weekly
• Management competence and experience
• Project management
