For our Offshore Marine Centre, we are looking for aProject Manager.
You will be responsible for managing complex projects within the marine- and offshore business, based from our locations in Trondheim or Bergen.
To succeed in this job you:
have at least two years’ experience as Project Manager
have experience within Risk and Contract Management
have knowledge into Marine products, systems and solutions
are fluent in Norwegian and in English (written and spoken)
have the possibility to travel in Norway and abroad
But being a Project Manager is more about people than technical skills. Thus, we will focus on soft skills and the ability to lead people as the most important qualities when we evaluate the candidates.
In addition to being an inspirational leader for the whole project team, you must beprepared to take on the following responsibilities:
profit & Loss responsibility
risk & Opportunities management and -strategy
solving and negotiating project claims with customers and suppliers
coordination with site supervisor to control site activities during commissioning
monthly reporting concerning project status, including progress and profitability
