Aker Solutions' HR team East based in Fornebu, Tranby and Moss, is responsible for aligning business needs and HR objectives with management in designated business unit(s). We need a talented and experienced individual who can strengthen our team. We are now looking for anHR Business Partner.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership ensuring the establishment of sound people management practices and the implementation of consistent decision-making processes
- Ensure the implementation of HR procedures, processes and tools within designated business units and report accordingly
- Coach leaders in the application of HR procedures, processes and tools, providing the necessary feedback on their effectiveness, suggesting improvements and ensuring compliance is maintained
- Interface with leadership and HR team focusing on recruitment and workforce planning, employee relations, talent & performance management, organizational development and design, compensation and compliance in alignment with the business and HR strategy
- Support leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviours and structures
- Conduct informal needs assessments to determine current and future needs within the business related to the HR function
- Promote change management and organizational culture development, helping leaders to change and deal with possible barriers
- Run integrated actions and diagnoses to strengthen engagement within and across business units and functions
Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources or Management required. Master's degree preferred
- Extensive HR generalist experience including in a business partner function
- Sophisticated and progressive knowledge of all facets of human resources is required
- Ability to work independently on more varied and complex support tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to act as the subject matter expert within areas of process mapping, process improvement and change management
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Ability to diagnose and propose rounded recommendations and possible solutions
