What You'll Do Cisco is looking for a senior Pursuit Lead to join the EMEAR Strategic Engagement Team. This is a lead role in driving large transformational sales opportunities within the EMEAR Enterprise Segment, across Product and Services Sales.The Pursuit Lead role requires a strong mix of complex sales pursuit and commercial experience within a Services-led technology environment (i.e. Professional Services, Systems Integration, Managed Services). As an individual, the role requires: Experience to understand the business outcome the customer and Cisco are trying to achieve and how to get there. Leadership to collaborate and lead large virtual pursuit teams and drive deal momentum. Fortitude to work through barriers, risks, issues and silo’s, both internally and within the customer organisation. Responsibilities:The Pursuit Lead will work individually or in tandem with other members of the SET team to deliver the following key responsibilities: Identification, qualification and prioritisation of large strategic sales opportunities within the theatre in accordance with agreed qualification criteria. Customer or partner workshops to understand, validate and shape requirements and establish business value. Work directly with customer or partner to assess commercial requirements and drivers as well as fit with Cisco’s commercial solutions and capabilities. Drive momentum and proactively escalate any resource constraints or risks affecting the execution of the deal in timely fashion. Who You'll Work With The EMEAR Strategic Engagement Team (SET) provides pursuit, commercial and service solution leadership, for executing transformational, cross-architecture, multi-tower, multi-year Service-Led deals.
