We are searching for a hands-on, engaged, commercially focused and strategic CFO who likes to be close to the business and takes personal ownership to the financial results. You will be head of Orkla Health Group's finance team, with business in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Poland and the Baltics. You will be part of the Group Management team, a key resource in strategic projects and be responsible for the financial processes. We can promise you a busy schedule in a great working environment. You will report to the CEO of Orkla Health Group (OHG).
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Finance functions in OHG
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as well as lead the budget, estimate and monthly prognosis processes
- Actively participate in the development and execution of OHGs strategy
- Business partner and advisor to both the CEO and the Management team of OHG
- Participate in Business Reviews, Steering Groups and be a member of the Board of directors in several of OHGs subsidiaries
- Proactive driver to enhance revenue and cost performance
- Secure cost control and optimization at the OHG factories
- Strategic and financial resource in any M&A related activities
- Overall responsible for IT in OHG
Experience and qualifications:
- Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics or similar
- Experience from leading a finance team in a large/complex organization
- Excellent presentation skills and a solid track record of presenting complex financial information in an easily understandable manner to senior management and other stakeholders
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, both verbally and written
- Excellent excel and ppt skills

- Not afraid to get hands dirty when it comes to working in excel and Orkla's different financial reporting systems
- Ability to quickly establish good relationships with key stakeholders
