The main activities of the Business Area Markets & IT (M) are energy management for Statkraft’s assets, trading & origination and market access services in Europe, South America and India. In addition the business area contains local business support, finance & risk support, and IT services. M has 650 employees.
You will join the Communication team which consists of five passionate and committed professionals who are in Oslo and Düsseldorf. We are a part of the M Strategy & Development team that spans Communication, HR, Regulatory Affairs and Strategy. The communication team provides strategic advice and operational support on external and internal communication to safeguard and build Statkraft’s reputation amongst internal and external stakeholders. The Communication Advisor will report to Vice President - Communications.
The role
- Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate effective internal communication concepts, campaigns and tools
- Develop, draft and coordinate presentations and speeches for internal and external target groups
- Research, coordinate and draft content for internal channels (e.g. workplace etc) and external channels (e.g. websites, social media etc)
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events
- Provide editorial and conceptual input for marketing material
- Assisting with media and crisis communication
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Master of business communications, economics or arts
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of communications with a high affinity to internal communications
- Knowledge of conceptual design and implementation of communication measures
- High degree of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Organisational skills and outstanding commitment
- Willingness to travel
- Norwegian mother tongue, English excellent skills, further foreign language competence preferable
