Danske Bank Corporates & Institutions (C&I) is strengthening its Performance Management unit in Oslo with a new Head of Performance Management. You will be part of C&I's Global Performance Management team and work closely together with your Nordic colleagues on relevant performance management topics. C&I handles Danske Bank's largest corporate and institutional customers, as well as customers trading through Danske Bank.
As our new Head of Performance Management, you should have knowledge of customer profitability tools and models. With focus on Large Corporate and Institutional customer segment, this job will include keeping an overview of customer profitability and advising the business on customer profitability related topics. You will help with development and maintenance of customer profitability systems and pricing tools. You will also cooperate closely with Senior Bankers and Relationship Managers, and provide input to internal reports and management information.
This position offers challenging tasks and key responsibilities within performance management. You will be part of a team that works together to share ideas, build competences, and find solutions. You will offer support to several departments at Danske Bank, giving you insight into various business-lines and projects. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your experience with products across banking and markets trading. You will also have an opportunity to work with colleagues around the Nordics to meet the challenges and opportunities from the ever-changing banking sector.

Who are you?
To thrive in this role we believe you are a proactive and goal-oriented team player with a good customer and business understanding. You have some experience with banking, customer profitability and accounting. You probably have a Masters in Finance or Economics or similar and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. You are fluent in Norwegian and English.
