Team Lead Shipping is overall responsible for executing the schedule and coordination of ship loading and deliveries for Gasum. This includes planning, monitoring and executing of the loading and ensure that deliveries are made in due time and in accordance with Gasum strategy. Team Lead Shipping is responsible for the operational contact both with suppliers and customers related to this trade.
Main tasks:
Supervise terminals and customers' requirements for ship deliveries such as: tank levels, schedule and prognoses, bunkering operations, optimize shipping handling and prices for transportation/deliveries
Supervise vendor obligations
Coordinate activities with Gasum
Prepare for invoicing and control
Other operational tasks
Educational background and experience:
Bachelor's degree in logistics
Shipping related work experience can compensate for lack of formal education
5 + years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of chemical processes/tankers/LNG would be advantageous

You will report to Logistics Manager and work closely with the rest og the logistics organisation. Office location is Tananger.
