Statkraft has growth ambitions and is expanding its business. We are strengthening our capabilities by recruiting an experienced Senior Advisor HR with a desire to create learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be at their best in an international setting. The position will be part of the People Development team in Corporate HR, and report to Head of People Development.
The People Development team is responsible for organizational development initiatives, talent management, people performance management, learning & development, leadership development, and the company’s recruitment and employer branding activities. The team is also overall responsible for HR policies and the HR network in Statkraft.
You will be part of a dynamic and competent team and play an important role by developing and delivering learning activities (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce. You will promote team collaboration and work closely with HR professionals and other disciplines on projects to help shape the workforce of the future. The role will blend knowledge of learning and development with strong project management and a digital mindset.
Your role:
- Use digital tools to design flexible and innovative learning concepts and programs
- Develop and deliver on-line and onsite activities
- Promote and communicate learning activities
- Drive a culture of lifelong learning
- Apply learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development
- Support in strategic learning and development projects
- Take shared responsibility for successful delivery of targets within the team’s areas of responsibility
Your profile:
- Preferable Master’s degree within relevant field
- Relevant experience and a strong track record from working with training and development for large, international companies
- Experience from creative processes and concept design
- Knowledge and interest in educational technology, pedagogic and creative tools
- Digital mindset and capabilities
- Project management skills
- Capable of building strong relationships and confidence in an international organisation
- Working well at both strategic and operational level.
- Analytical, structured and result oriented - sets and works towards ambitious goals
- Team player with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization
- Proficient verbal and written Norwegian and English communication skills
