Commissioning Manager
We are looking for our next Commissioning Manager

Then you are the Commissioning Manager we are looking for. You will be part of the Major Projects Organization in Trondheim that will handle selecting and execution of profitable projects.
For our newly established Major Projects Organization, we are looking for a colleague who can join us in developing a self-driven organization to deliver excellent results to our customers. We are looking for a candidate that is flexible, self-driven and motivated by learning. We work in a matrix organization, where initiative and empowerment is important.
Some of the things you will be doing
- Promote HSE awareness
- Achieving good relationship with Yard/Vendors to achieve an optimal sequence of MC completed systems and an optimal commissioning phase
- Establish and maintain standard procedures, check sheets and plans for FAT's, SAT's and the MC & Commissioning processes
- Establish and maintain systems and procedures in close interaction with Operation to enable an efficient and safe start-up of the FPSO
- Develop budgets and Organization for the FAT, SAT, MC & Commissioning phase of the project
- Support the Project Manager in recruitment and establishment of the MC & Commissioning Team and involved supplier representatives
- Review and comment on project specific FAT, SAT, MC & Commissioning procedures, and contract appendixes
- Ensure PIMS CMS is implemented and set-up correctly for each project, including satisfying project specific requirements
- Support the project with training, advice or support on site as required
- Ensure that projects issues Lessons Learned within this area
- Monitor the formal quality and adherence to the MC & Commissioning process by the PMT
What we are looking for
- You hold a relevant education and have minimum 15 years of experience within Commissioning in large offshore projects
- You have excellent coaching- and training skills
- You have a good understanding of risk management and can translate this understanding into your daily work
- You must be willing to be stationed at project site or potentially offshore which require relevant offshore certificates
- A self-starter/ proactive; able to multi-task competing priorities and still meet deadlines
- You are proficient in common computer applications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience from managing and working with a multi-disciplined team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English is demanded. Norwegian language is an advantage
- You must be flexible on travels
