Om stillingen

We are looking to employ a Job Delivery Lead in our Dynamic Pressure Management team. Dynamic Pressure Management is about controlling pressure in well's offshore and onshore. The person we seek will be responsible for internal and external maintenance planning, testing, documentation and certification of our equipment, and assure that the equipment/documentation packages are ready in time for our planned jobs. The person will also function as technical support to our workshop and project leader group. The Job Delivery Lead position is an onshore based position that might require occasional trips offshore/abroad.

Job summary.

  • Lead/overview mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Lead/overview test and configuration.
  • Responsible for documentation and certification.
  • Manage quality control.
  • Ability to work with staff to meet to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery and accurate tracking and reporting of workshop processes and practices.
  • Direct field employee in safe, reliable, and efficient product and service delivery.
  • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and service quality while ensuring an efficient cost structure.
  • Collaborate with other instances for technical support and incident management/investigations.
  • Ensure systematic usage of standard work procedures and risk management throughout the service delivery process.
  • Recognize service quality performance, opportunities and improvements.
  • Resource planning.
  • HSE commitment.
  • Conduct pre- and post-job briefs
  • Performs field operations as required.

Prior experience.

  • Offshore/onshore field engineer.
  • Offshore/onshore field specialist.
  • Offshore/onshore project leader/team leader.
  • Knowledge of offshore systems, standards and requirements.
  • Knowledge of well control system.
  • Knowledge of PLC control systems and hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Able to lead and instruct workshop crews.
  • Able to work in close collaboration with others to ensure quality and timely delivery of equipment packages.
