Tieto and EVRY recently joined forces this year and is seeking a senior professional for Brand, Identity and Marketing area that is specialized within:
Project and change management
Modernization programs and initiatives within brand and marketing
This means that you have been working in the consulting industry and/or one of the larger international B2B companies in the past and can showcase concrete examples where your skills have contributed to sustainable change as to how larger organizations perform their marketing activities. You are super structured, know how to drive through change in large organizations and are familiar with working with multiple internal stakeholders, including top management.
The role sits within the global Brand, Identity and Marketing leadership team and reports to the Head of Unit. The unit is currently in need of new colleagues, with specialist competence to strengthen our future footprint. We work in a rapid-changing environment, which requires you to be flexible, independent and motivated by results. With your dedication, you support and inspire your co-workers to achieve the best results. You are service-minded, have a positive attitude and a good sense of quality.
We are looking for candidates with:
Formal education in Marketing, Business Development or other relevant field
Minimum 7-10 years experience from leading transformation programs from one of the leading global consultancy firms and/or international B2B players
Certified project and change manager
Strong business knowledge of the global IT and Consultancy partner landscape
Proven ability to create long lasting change in complex, global matrix in the intersection between strategy, business development, marketing and digitalization
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills fit for modernizing organizations
