Contract Advisor Aibel

Your responsibilities:

We are seeking an candidate with commercial and/or technical or legal background and relevant experience from following up of contracts or subcontracts.
The candidate will be responsible for following up the main Contracts/Subcontracts for Aibel projects.

This will involve:

• General contractual support and advisories for project management and other project functions
• Prepare and conduct Contract Awareness sessions and other training and conduct support as required for project team members
• Identify new opportunities within own area for optimum and enhanced utilization of contractsIdentification, initiation, preparation, negotiation and administration of contract amendments and variations (VO/VOR) within projects and vs clients
• Seek advice by the Legal department when found necessary
• Follow up of Aibel Subcontracts against sub suppliers
• Typical role can be Change Manager to lead and commercial follow up VO/VOR including writing contractual letters or Contract Advisor for commercial follow up of heavy subcontracts

Education and work experience:

• Preferred Master, we are also looking to persons with Bachlor and relevant experience
• The candidate should have some experience on following up contracts in an EPC project
• The candidate should have some knowledge of following up of contracts and subcontracts
