AstheEmployer BrandCountry Leadfor Norway, you will ensure the ultimate candidate and employee experience based on our global Employer Brand strategy. To do this successfully, you will need to have theexperiencelevel toplan, coordinate and deliverour overall strategy locally.You will be responsible forall EB activities in the country.You willcollaborate withthe other EB Country leads, Nordic EB leadin theTalent Acquisition Team,Brand,Marketing and Communications as well as with different business stakeholders across the organization. You have a genuine curiosity andapassion for technology and digitalization.You have experience indeliveringand coordinatingEmployer Brandactivitiesagainst our target group; identify, generateandfulfil different campaigns, events and other activitiesthat help us in buildingTietoEVRY’s employer brand in Norway. 

 

Youareexpected to actively identify and grasp opportunities, meet challenges by analyzing and monitoringengagement and experience.You are always securing and aligning the Employer Brand strategy with the overall Brand strategy, continually contributing to our business objectives, and bringing the essence of our brand and culture to life! 

 

 

You will be a part of our Talent Acquisition team here inNorway. We are a team that are passionate about Employer branding, Sourcing and Recruitment. Our team is a part of a Nordic team where we are around 25highly skilled TA professionals.Self leadership, drive and collaboration are key factors in our team as well as knowledge and interest in how new technology can support our business.You will report to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition 

 

 

In this role, you will report toGlobal Head of Talent Acquisitionand work in the Nordic Employer Brand(EB)team leadbyaNordic EB lead. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for planning, coordinatingand deliveringall local activities in line with ourNordicEB strategy. 

  • Responsible for localizing the Nordic employer brand strategy and settingthe strategy for building our employer brand in the respective country. 

  • Responsible for the local EB budget. 

  • Plan, communicate and deliver different EB activities targeting graduates on a local level: i.e. career fairsand events, university activities, SoMe activities, etc. 

  • Initiates and responsible for the country specific activities supporting the local recruitment team. i.e. recruitment campaigns for strategically important roles, promoting open roles on SoMe, blogs, etc.. 

  • Responsible for securing a good candidate experience through our activities, SoMe interactions, TRM tool, local web page, etc.. 

  • Will, together with the Talent Acquisition team, Brand team and Content team, find the best sources to work with and communicate our EVP. 

  • Will work closely with HR/ Talent Acquisition team and Brand Team.

  • a pro-active attitude andstructuredway of working 

  • interest inEB/HR tech  

  • knowledge in Microsoft Office 

  • A University degree in Marketing,Communication,HRor equivalent experience 

  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of trending (employer) brand tactics, and digital marketing. 

  • You have strong knowledge and experience of the global IT and Consultancy partner landscape. 

  • You have strong negotiation and presentation skills. 

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English andNorwegian.
