Head of Finance and Treasury Elkem

As our new Head of Finance and Treasury, you will become part of a dynamic company with great ambitions and very exciting business opportunities. You will have a key role in financing Elkem's growth ambitions, in cooperation with highly competent and pleasant colleagues. As Head of our Finance and Treasury department, your areas of responsibility will include financing, liquidity & cash management and financial risk management, as well as Elkem's Transaction centre.

Most important areas of responsibility:

• Managing contact with Elkem's relationship banks
• Strategy and execution of Elkem's debt financing
• Liquidity management and forecasting
• FX hedging according to policy
• Responsible for Elkem's Treasury management system
• Management responsibility for Elkem's Transaction centre

You will also support Vice President Finance and Investor Relations in following up Elkem's global insurance programme, ESG processes and contact with Oslo Børs.

Qualifications required for the position:

• Master or Bachelor of Finance
• Experience from international treasury function or bank
• Management experience
• Competence in Treasury management systems
• Fluent in English and Norwegian

You are prepared to set out the direction for the department and work independently. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to present Elkem externally in a professional manner. The position reports to Vice President Finance and Investor Relations and is located in our head office in Oslo.
