Enterprise Agile Coach, TietoEVRY Financial Services Solutions (FSS)

 

TietoEVRY FSS is responsible for development, delivery and governance of leading software and services for the financial sector. FSS Operations is among other responsibilities coordinating a transformation towards agile way of working in FSS. To support this effort across the entire organization we are seeking to hire an Enterprise Agile Coach. If you have an urge, a positive drive, and a lot of experience in working Agile? Responsibilities

  • Coaching of TietoEVRY FSS organization on methodology,practices eco-system and influence leadership on the culture change required to shift from a traditional to an Agile methodology and mindset.
  • Participate in various activities to define, deploy, evaluate and support common agile standards and best practices, processes, tools and process/performance metrics for FSS.
  • Manage Agile organizational and team maturity assessments and develop coaching plans accordingly.
  • Develop, prepare and deliver presentations to various levels of stakeholders, leaders and facilitate working sessions to identify resolutions to barriers.
  • Participate in bid-processes and customer collaboration as an Agile expert
  • Co-ordinate and making sure coaching across teams and business units in their Agile transformation journey is present and active
  • Actively communicate and share Agile experience and best practices within FSS organization through formal and informal avenues.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business, organizational psychology or similar
  • 5+ years of experience leading agile teams, including formal training and coaching
  • Previous experience in project management and/or technical roles that employed Agile delivery
  • Knowledge of organizational development and how to work with team and management to change the environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good people skills
  • Good self-management. Takes on high commitments and works to achieve results.
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring and facilitation
  • Actively involved in the Agile community (Locally or Globally)
  • Experience of common Agile Scaling frameworks and thinking models such as SAFe, Flight Levels, Spotify
  • Certifications in traditional and agile project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Scrum
