Job Description:

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace air shipments and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
• Interact with customers on International and domestic level, in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
• Contribute to maintain good relationship with suppliers
• Network communication, timely response to e-mail and requests
• Meet compliance and KPIs standards at all times
• Understand customer procedures and maintain internal SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
• Pro-active approach and strong organizational skills

• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience within Air & Ocean Import/Export forwarding (preferred).
• Immaculate criminal records & the ability to document work or education for the past 5 years.
