To continue to grow, we are now looking for a new colleague. As a Group Financial Accountant at EcoOnline, you will be an important part of the company's further growth, and you will gain valuable experience and a professional network.
The Team:
The finance team’stasks cover accounting for all the group companies, consolidation and group reporting(quarterly to the Euronext Growth Oslo). This includes integration of acquiredcompanies, merger, preparation of analyses and documentation for the board.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing of IFRS in the group
- Consolidation and quarterly reports
- Professional resource in connection with annual reporting
- Assist with the integration process of acquired companies
- Mergers, demergers and equity transactions
- Follow-up of subsidiaries
- Professional support person for the finance department
- Quality control of the accounting in according with IFRS and the group guidelines
Your Skills:
- Knowledge and experience from IFRS
- 5 years’ experience within audit, or accounting
- Strong auditing/accounting expertise with experience from international group companies, merger and equity transactions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Finance & Operations) & Cantor Controller (report system) is an advantage
- Master’s degree in audit, finance or similar Strong in English communication
