Enterprise Account Manager role in CiscoCisco Norway supports some of the biggest companies in the country on their path to digitalization. As our customers’ needs get more complex, we develop solutions to meet these needs – either they require hardware-, software- or cloud solutions.We are now looking for a new Account Manager to join our sales team. Our team is in charge of developing the Cisco market in Norway. As an Account Manager you will be a trusted Cisco contact for our customers and a bridge between their needs and the Cisco technologies.Who you areYou have business experience and a passion for technology. You possess excellent people skills and a deep understanding of different corporate functions and organization levels (up to C-Level), which enables you to build and maintain the right business relationships. You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to visualize technological solutions to the customers experienced challenges, which empowers you to connect Cisco technology and customers’ needs,The key to success in this role is curiosity. You need to be curious about people – about what they do, how they work and how Cisco technology can improve their work experience. Your ability to connect to people, and to connect the right people with each other at the right time, is crucial for your ability to be the bridge between Cisco and our customers.Also, you need guts and a certain amount of pace. You need the self-confidence to lead both people and projects, to prioritize and to trust your judgement on when your customer needs space, and when they need a nudge.Maybe you are a professional athlete, or a psychologist seeking new ground, or a native to the tech industry. Maybe you have experience in retail, or in oil & gas or in software sales. There are many roads to success in this role, as long as you come with drive, love of people and an ability to see the big picture.What you'll doAs an Account Manager your job is to lead the customer and Cisco trough the sales cycle. On one hand this involves establishing a close, trusting relationship with our customers. On the other hand, this means to bring in the right Cisco competence at the right time so that we can provide our customers with the technological solutions they need to succeed.As an Account Manager you will:

  • give the customer an outstanding experience and become your customers’ trusted advisor
  • put together cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions
  • work closely with the Cisco teams, to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services
  • plan and execute the sales strategy
  • identify and develop new business opportunities, and anticipate changes in the market
