In Financial Services and Payments and Messaging we are on a mission to make life easier for businesses (and people!) through smart payments and financial messaging solutions. Our solutions are used widely in the Nordics and we have an ambition to grow further. Our team is based mainly in Norway and India. To scale and grow we need people with a-can-do-attitude. We are looking for a manager ready to do dive into the center of building and strengthening our Continuous Service team. The team is responsible for handling customers in production; anything and everything from customer meetings, service reviews, minor projects, to defect- and change management. As a manager you will be overall responsible for people management, recruitments, setting goals and follow up the same, financial KPIs, making sure we a “fail fast” attitude, quick feedback loops and always work on continuous improvements.
Is this you?
- You are a good people manager who can build good structure and establish fruitful relations with team members both in the Nordics and in India.
- You know how to manage internal and external stakeholders, expectations and sometimes escalations. You know how to negotiate and communicate with customers.
- You are generally in a good mood and keep your shoulders low, even if the pace is high.
- Helping others to get their work done is as important as finishing your own stuff. It is the team’s throughput that counts.
- Experience with tenders, offers and SLA negotiations.
- And at last, you simply must love insights and be curious about both other people, payments, and customers. This is embedded in everything we do
