Are you’re an experienced and trusted advisor on Diversity and Inclusion? Do you want to leverage your skills to in a company that is truly making a global impact on climate change?

Statkraft’s Corporate People Development team is now looking for a Senior Advisor on Diversity & Inclusion that will enable our organisation to fully utilize our diverse workforce to deliver on our business Strategy. The role will be a critical enabler for our people development strategy and our dedication to develop a diverse and inclusive work environment.

As Senior Advisor Diverstiy and Inclusion, you understand business strategy and ensure D&I drivers are a natural and embedded part of how we deliver on it. You set D&I issues on the global agenda and continuously look for new ways to ensure awareness and change in relevant areas. You are data driven, and ensure we identify drivers of inclusion and implement relevant improvement measures. You will be part of Statkraft’s People Develoment team and report to Statkraft’s head of People Development. The position is based at Lilleaker, Norway.

Your role:

As a Senior Advisor Diversity & Inclusion, you will partner with the business to develop strategies to ensure a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment.

  • Develop Statkraft’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy and related processes
  • Ensure effective communication on internal- and external social media platforms to ensure high visibility and engagement on topics related to Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Engage across functions to ensure integration of the D&I agenda in Statkraft’s HR- and business processes, and effective action planning at all levels in the organisation.
  • Drive global projects and initiatives to build and enable a strong diversity and inclusion culture, and support integration of D&I in our global training portfolio and people development processes.
  • Ensure effective data monitoring and analytics to understand the status, drivers and challenges related to D&I in the company.
  • Ve a valued member of the People Development team and contribute cross-functionally on deliverables in the overall people development portfolio. 

Your profile:

  • University degree within a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience within diversity and inclusion development and governance
  • Strong skills within communication and engagement through social media
  • Strong skills within analytics and use of data to drive the D&I agenda
  • Experience as external consultant and/or advisor to business managers at all levels
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
