About the Unit
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Yara you will be part of a small centralized Talent Acquisition team who drive recruiting & employer branding activities at our HQ in Oslo.
We are looking for an individual who is driven and ready to take a leading role within this field in Corporate HR at Yara. You will collaborate with representatives from the different regions & global functions to ensure the sharing of best practice and that we hire & attract the top talents available in today’s market.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate & drive employer branding activities at Yara’s HQ in a professional & timely manner.
A special focus on student and university activities such as career fairs, company presentations, speakers/lectures etc.
Manage ongoing relationship with universities
Ensure good collaboration with Brand & Communications team related to employer branding activities
• Facilitate and assist the hiring of interns & graduates at our HQ
• Serve as a recruiter for vacancies at HQ and handle the entire recruitment process at Yara HQ (selection, interviews & offers)
• Advise managers on the need definition and agree on appropriate sourcing channels
• Conduct active search and interviews on behalf of Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
• Participate in projects and cross-functional initiatives
Profile
• Higher relevant degree within Business Administration, HR or Social Sciences is desirable.
• Min 5 years' work experience from operational HR, Recruitment and/or talent acquisition and employer branding
• Proven track record in successfully driving recruitment processes from A-Z in an international environment
• Strong ability to think strategically and act tactically, plan and drive processes
• Strong relationship builder with stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, agile, customer-oriented professional with high integrity
• Being able to work in fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Norwegian and additional languages are an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Norwegian labour laws and agreements are advantageous.
Additional Information
This role is temporary for an initial 9-month contract with the possibility of extension.
