Puzzel is now looking to strengthen our HR & People team with a HR Manager Nordics . You will be working closely with our international team, driving People & Culture agenda and ensuring Puzzel is a place where our employees can thrive.
Location for this position is our headquarter in Oslo and the primarily geographical focus area is Norway . In addition to this, the HR Manager Nordics will also support our Danish and Finnish offices, with help from our Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities and tasks:
Implementation of HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall business strategy
Create and develop employee talent program
Administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including on boarding, off boarding, benefits administration, and other key processes
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality
Keep updated on employment law matters in Norway to ensure the company maintains compliance
Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Organise social activities
Support managers in recruitment process
Nurture a positive working environment & coordinate Puzzel Care activities
Continously work on the company culture and One Puzzel
Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Preferably 1-5 years of experience from HR related work, but this is not mandatory. If you just have finished your academic education, you are still welcome to apply
Good knowledge in MS Office
Experience with HR system software is considered an advantage
Our company language is English. You must be comfortable communicating at all levels and all formats in English
Experience from a growing company with global presence is considered an advantage
