Within TietoEvry’s Financial Services Solutions, we are strengthening our Banking-as-a-Services (BaaS) capabilities to capture growth across the Nordics and beyond. Today we provide BaaS services to more than 50+ customers in the Nordics. TietoEVRY’s BaaS offers:
- a complete set of functionalities across banking domains (lending, payment, etc.)
- a delivery model where TietoEVRY is responsible for the holistic performance and operation of all components within the service
- foundational services necessary to deliver secure, quality and easy-friendly IT services
Are you the one we are looking for?
As Head of BaaS Engineering Excellence, your priority will be drive our BaaS Engineering transformation by overseeing our strategic execution. You will also drive excellence in all our operations. You will be in responsible for our BaaS Engineering Handbook (management system) covering Ways-of-Working and see to that we leverage our tools framework.
You will facilitate the identification of data-driven improvement opportunities, as well as promote and engage key stakeholders in the implementation of best practices and improvement across the organization. You will work with our partners to define optimized end-to-end ways-of-working to meet our strategic targets.
Background and Experience
TietoEVRY is looking for a self-motivated leader with
- Demonstrated track record of leading change and transforming organization to meet business goals.
- Experience in management consulting is a plus.
- Experience in several IT processes, from strategy setting and development to operations.
- A strong understanding of development processes and Agile/SaFe methodologies.
