Yara is looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to capture and drive our global BI value in Yara. The position is in the Data Insight team, which is located in Yara IT. The Business Intelligence (BI) platform has recently be reshaped with the aim to provide a global and self-service reporting environment, using tools like Alteryx and Microsoft PowerBI. We have spent the last years building up a strong foundation of data, and now our focus is to become a data driven organization where we will turn data into information and insight.

Information Technology across Yara has embarked on a transformation journey. IT will enable Yara’s growth and digital ambitions, we will improve the way IT and business work together, we will develop a faster and more nimble IT, and we will install pride inside IT. As our CIO puts it, the intent is to change the tone of the conversation held about IT at the coffee corner. When that happens, we will have reached our ambition.

We are now looking for Customer Success Manager who will be key in our transformation, and to put BI on the map. As a Customer Success Manager you will have a unique and central role in the Data Insight team and with key stakeholders in Yara. You will have the freedom to shape, measure and communicate our BI success, and engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. The preferred location is Oslo, but we are also open for Brussels or Vilnius. You will be reporting to Director Data Insight.

Responsibilities

  • Capture, document and measure success stories across regions and processes
  • Coordinate superusers to ensure knowledge sharing, training and follow up
  • Ensure we have defined success criteria in BI projects/activities, and measure the success
  • Track the process from request to report, and ensure we deliver our services as expected
  • Ensure we deliver high quality in the services we provide
  • Work closely with our development and support team
  • Owner of our SharePoint site to actively promote our work, services and success
  • Document lessoned learned
  • Define KPI’s to track our success
  • Conduct customer surveys
  • Engage with other companies to learn and be inspired
  • Proactively identify new ways of marketing BI in Yara
  • Manage and develop a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders

Profile

  • Degree, preferable master (minimum Bachelor) within Business Administration / Marketing / Sales with minimum 5 years relevant professional experience
  • Marketing background with SharePoint skills is a plus
  • Comfortable working with management at all levels in an organization
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Hands on experience in BI solutions like Microsoft PowerBI and Alteryx is a plus
  • Professional attitude towards colleagues and external parties across different cultures and professions
  • Structured, customer service-minded, team-player, proactive and highly committed.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Professional attitude towards colleagues and external parties across cultures and professions

Additional Information

  • English (fluent written and spoken). Other European languages are a plus
  • Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural, multi-language environment.
  • Full time equivalent function.
  • Working location: global
