The Payment and Messaging unit experiences increased demand for our software solutions and are recruiting technical experts, to work with existing and new customers. Our Banking sector key customers include many of the Norwegian Banks, many Swedish banks like Swedbank and Handelsbanken, but also banks outside Nordics like Luminor and Royal Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Are you the one we are looking for? 

You have to have a curious and "hands-on" mindset when it comes to tech and solutions. You need to have strong collaboration skills as this is a central role with many interactions.

TE (Technical Expert) in Financial Services Solutions Payments & Messaging Continuous Services will be responsible for handling, analyzing and fixing incidents in production, and assist with a technical understanding of customer requestsHe or she should be practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management from a technical point of view. 

 

 

The range of activities and tasks to be undertaken by a Technical Expert include: 

  • Interact with customers, continuous service managers, engineering teams and other subject matter experts to understand customer needs and problems 
  • Assist with a technical understanding of customer requirements during analysis of change requests 
  • Analyze incidents in production reported by our customers 
  • Fix incidents in production reported by our customers, to the extent possible without making changes in the codebase 
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis and work on preventative problem management 
  • Support development organization in understanding change requests and problems from a technical point of view 

 

 

We expect you to have: 

  • High level of knowledge within computer engineering 
  • Programming skills 
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills. 
  • Experience in working with European/Indian/global team and customers an added advantage 
  • Knowledge of Payment systems is an added Advantage 
  • Database knowledge is an added advantage
