Are you the one we are looking for?
You have to have a curious and "hands-on" mindset when it comes to tech and solutions. You need to have strong collaboration skills as this is a central role with many interactions.
TE (Technical Expert) in Financial Services Solutions Payments & Messaging Continuous Services will be responsible for handling, analyzing and fixing incidents in production, and assist with a technical understanding of customer requests. He or she should be practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management from a technical point of view.
