Theatercafèen and BAR BOMAN at Hotel Continental in Oslo are constantly evolving and we are now looking for a skilled bar developer for a newly created position as Head of Bars . This is the position for you who want to help influence our bar concepts further to reach ever new target groups with exciting taste experiences.

Who are you?

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated mixologist who likes to create exciting guest experiences! You are creative and probably have an entrepreneurial dream of running your own place in the long run. We can offer great influence in the further development of our bar concepts. You learn from us, and we learn from you. Here you work in a solid company with professional colleagues, and you will be responsible for recruiting, staffing, and training the optimal bar team!

• You can refer to broad experience from the bar and cocktail environment

• You have your own ability to create a good atmosphere around you

• You like to work in operations, at the same time as you are a creative and developing person

• You are tidy, focus on profitability and have control over costs

• International experience is a plus, and Norwegian does not have to be your mother tongue
