In the insurance industry, most products and processes are easy to copy. In If we therefore firmly believe that we are making a difference through our culture and our committed employees. Contribute to our ambition in finding, attracting and retaining these employees, by taking employer branding and recruitment in If to the next level.

To further strengthen our efforts, we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition partner with the focus to conduct recruitments from A-Z and employer branding activities to support the recruitments. The role also consists of being part in developing attract- and recruit processes on a Nordic level. Together we will strive towards creating a positive and inspiring candidate experience, with the ambition of getting the right person to the right place.

About the team

The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR, - a welcoming, talented, and inclusive team who motivates each other in everyday work. Besides working with your TA-colleagues you will also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams, communication, marketing and leaders in the business. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. In this role you will be an important business driver and you will continuously have opportunities to set your mark in the organization.

Who are you?

Your ambition is to have a core role in all aspects of leading successful recruitments in our organization. You are self-motivated with a passion for the field of HR. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a talent for creating relations internally and externally. You also have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. Together with HR-colleagues, leaders and other stakeholders you have the curiosity needed to find the best solutions

You also have:

  • Relevant academic/university degree
  • Approx. 2-5 years of experience with leading full-cycle and high-volume recruitments preferably in or with larger organization
  • Good understanding of the candidate journey from attraction to hire
  • Experience and interest in the field of employer branding
  • Knowledge in doing search as a recruitment approach and how to brand the role to the work market
  • Interest in and experience from using “technical/analysis”-tools within the field of HR
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
