Head of Sales, Public 360° Norway TietoEVRY

We are looking for a new Head of Sales for Public 360° in Norway.

 

You will be leading a team of six sales managers, a customer base of 350 customers and a great market potential for new customers. You will participate in own sales cases, but most importantly is the ability to create a strong and positive sales culture with focus on winning new customer logos and further development of existing customers.

 

Public 360° supports national archiving and case management standards in the Nordics and is a standardized solution which provides for seamless resident services and digitized case management. In Public 360° it is possible to link collaborative spaces, where the participants can share information, to various projects and cases. Based on process automation capabilities, it’s possible for customers to increase efficiency and quality in case and document management. Our aim is that Public 360° becomes the leading platform for public sector digitalization in the Nordics.

 

Main tasks

  • Develop our go to market plan. Nurture and further develop the value position of Public 360° in public sector in Norway addressing public sector digitalization strategy
  • Assigning sales territories, setting quotas, and coaching of team members. Ensure good cooperation with other teams, including product organization, marketing and TietoEvry country team
  • Proactively drive sales processes and support sales managers in sales cases. Help team members prioritize time and sales focus between new and existing customers
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship increasing customer satisfaction through structured customer planning, development of customer business and proactive engagement
  • Own and develop the organization’s sales methodology. Ensure sales discipline in the team, from prospect identification to client expansion taking ownership to a healthy pipeline

 

As Head of Sales in Norway you will take shared responsibility for:

  • The overall success of Public 360° in Norway, based on close collaboration with consulting, Products & Strategy and Technology & Development.
  • As part of the Nordic sales management team, contribute to new ways of working into scalable and unified processes

 

The ideal candidate is mastering the following capabilities:

  • Passion for selling. Proven track record as sales leader, preferably within product sales to public sector customers
  • Understanding of public sector digitalization agenda and with ability to rethink win and market strategy
  • Network in public sector with experience in driving sales cases with different stakeholders. Experience with public sector procurement and tender processes and contract management
  • Strong in creating a high performing team by developing a sense of team spirit and encouraging co-operation and communication towards a shared goal
  • Team player of nature and a social being that makes it natural for you to build relationships with internal and external partners. Good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate with people across domains
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree required in business administration, information science, economics, or other relevant fields
  • Good command of English as this is our internal working language.
