Volue Recruitment and HR Advisor

We continue the Volue journey, and are seeking our new Recruitment and HR Advisor.

About the position
The role of Recruitment and HR Advisor is a cross functional role. The role will work on recruiting the right talents and creating our Employer Branding strategy globally. The role will also include work on content development. In addition, as a HR advisor you will provide HR policy guidance and interpretation in all matters concerning employees for our leaders.

Main tasks and duties:

• Manage full life cycle recruitment with hiring managers
• Promote Volue as an attractive employer and advertise vacancies through appropriate channels
• Identify arenas to find & attract the best talents
• Analyze trends and data related to in partnership with the HR team
• Develop content for employer branding and engagement purposes
• Advise Volue leadership and provide HR guidance
• Implement strategic HR initiatives, provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

Knowledge and Experience:

• MSc degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite
• Familiar with legal requirements related to day-to -day management of employees
• Experience with working in HRM systems, Office package and similar
• Certificated in test tools is a requirement
• Experience with using ATS and utilizing data is a plus but not required
• Experience on content development is a plus but not required
• Experience working for an international company and within IT-sector is an advantage
