The Payment & Messaging unit experiences increased demand for our software solutions

and are recruiting Business Analysts to work with existing and new customers. Our Banking sector keycustomers include; Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, HSBC, Aktia, Nordea, Danske Bank, SEB, SBAB, DNB, Handelsbanken, Bank of America, Lloyds, Swedbank, S-Pankki, Savings Banks and Entercard. Main activities:

  • Sales Support
  • Support clients to optimize their use of our systems, through set up and parameterization, including necessary system and product training
  • Be an active counterpart and play a central role for the client during implementation, through business consulting and support, on- or offsite
  • Participate in and support internal development projects and activities, through creating solution documents such as writing user stories and perform end testing to verify prime quality. Provide active support being a discussion partner. You will be part of projects handled by versatile teams globally
  • You will join a team of 6 Business Analysts, working with products, such as Tieto Payment Suite
  • Participate in functional and technical discussion with the customer to clarify business processes, technical implementation options and integration options

 

We expect you to have:

  • Several years of experience in the area of Payments, Cash Management or Treasury
  • You have worked with Cash Management or Payment systems in banks, or Cash Management or Treasury area in a multinational corporate
  • Experience from front, middle or back office of a bank, or in house banking in corporates
  • Experience from working with customers identifying their functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience in writing requirements documentation and QA processes
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Scandinavian
  • University degree or similar in computer science, information technology or economics

  • Open-minded team player
  • Proactive and service-minded in your work and distinctly self-motivated
  • You enjoy working with multiple parallel tasks and have the ability to travel
  • You have an interest in how the systems and solution works, and how the customers are using the system
  • You have an interest and drive to contribute to further develop and enhance the systems to our clients best
  • A proactive way of working and a strong drive to deliver superior customer value is a good description of you
  • Attention to details and good organizational skills
