Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Client and Credit Management is part of the customer team and has a close cooperation with Commercial Real Estate Relationship Managers as well as different specialist and support departments. All to be able to deliver the best customer service to our large real estate clients and ensure high credit quality for the bank. We are a team of nine people working in Norway, Sweden and Finland and consisting of both credit analysts and client managers. You manager will be situated in Stockholm.
The 1st Line Credit Analyst is responsible for credit analysis for the largest customers to secure an acceptable risk profile. The work include analyzing clients with migrating credit profiles, making sure early warnings are mitigated, as well as sector analysis and portfolio analysis. You will assist prepare presentation of credit analysis to Danske Bank’s various decision-making authorities in a structured and intuitive way. To succeed in this role you need to be able to comprehend complex information, extract the substantial parts and present your findings and recommendation in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing. This will enable decision-makers to make fast and well-founded decisions for the benefit of fast decisions to our clients. You will sit next to and work closely together with the relationship team. You will also work closely together with 2nd Line Credit that are responsible for credit framework and endorsing 1st Line Credits applications.
As an analyst you are the hub in the banks’ ongoing relationship with the customers and are also expected to take responsibility for keeping a high customer satisfaction. As a part of the role you will also do Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) analysis of the client.

Your background can differ but we want you to have a solid interest as well as knowledge about credit risks including structuring. A good understanding of the business and the market including knowledge about the risk/reward is positively view upon. We are also expecting knowledge of the bank’s credit products. Solid skills in English and Norwegian, both oral and written is required, together with a well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office.
