Main tasks

  • Green coffee sales to coffee roasteries in Norway
  • B2B sales of roasted coffee
  • Online B2C sales of roasted coffee
  • B2B sales of delicatessen products in Troms region
  • B2B sales of wine to restaurants in Troms region
  • Event sales
  • Sales and marketing plan
  • Monitoring the competition, maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Required skills

  • Experience in sales and account management
  • Good organisational and communication skills, structured and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work in an extremely multicultural team and in a busy work environment
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Language proficiency in English and Norwegian required, both oral and written
  • Driving licence

What we expect from you

We are looking for a positive and hard working person, who enjoys selling good products and being in contact with clients. The sales representative will ensure that the current clients have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. We are looking for a perosn who is able (and eager) to convince the curtomers about our products in all channels; online, over the phone and in person. And the job comes with some travelling as we want to meet our clients in person too, so some driving will be required for the sales work.

Om arbeidsgiveren

Senja Roasters is a coffee roastery that roasts specialty coffee, with a café and restaurant onsite. Senja Roasters works closely with our partners, a local & established tour operator. This position that is on offer is for both Senja Roasters & the tour company and will be split between each company until October and from October onwards the role will be primarily with the tourism company. The tasks will have some similarities between both companies and training will be provided.
