Are you interested of joining the new unit Commercial Real Estate who are responsible for full commercial real estate cap across the Danske Bank group? This is an opportunity to work as a client manager within Commercial Real Estate Client and Credit management.

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Client and Credit Management is part of the customer team and has a close cooperation with Commercial Real Estate Relationship Managers as well as different specialist and support departments. All to be able to deliver the best customer service to our large real estate clients and ensure high credit quality for the bank. We are a team of nine people working in Norway, Sweden and Finland and consisting of both credit analysts and client managers. Your direct manager will be situated in Stockholm.

We are now looking for a new colleague who will primarily work close with senior relationship managers within Commercial Real Estate Norway. As a client manager you are the hub of the banks ongoing relationship with the client and you are expected to take a large responsibility when it comes to customer satisfaction. You will be in close dialogue with the largest real estate clients in Norway and you will have various work task such as different type of credit applications, prepare customer meetings, less extensive analysis on the clients, initiate on boarding and to be the one that coordinate different projects around the clients.

Who are you?

You have a sense for structure and administration. You also need to be customer focused customer-oriented profile with sharp analytical skills and a sense for details and value good service. You are professional and have integrity with a clear focus on doing what is right. It will also be important that you have great communication skills and enjoy working with a lot of stakeholders both internally and externally. A conscious and structured behavior with high quality together with integrity and loyalty are other qualities we value. It is a prerequisite that you demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability towards your tasks, but also in your interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders

Your background can differ but we want you to have an interest for commercial real estate as well as knowledge about credit risks. A good understanding of credit products or knowledge about cash management or AML is positively viewed upon. You need to be a good collaborator but at the same time have the ability to bring yourself forward, you need to take your own initiative and take responsibility to develop your work. It is qualifying if you have experience within credits or an interest of markets related products. You need strong skills in English and Norwegian, both oral and written is required, together with a well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office.
