The Food Technology Manager will assume responsibility for all activities related to food technology. These activities involves adaptation and calibration of the time and temperature indicator Keep-it® to various food categories and quality assurance of products/producers using the Keep-it indicator. Additionally managing the production supply chain from in-sourcing of materials to production planning and shipment to customers, and responsibility for the company QA/QC system. The Food Technology Manager will also participate actively in the practical work of implementing Keep-it at food producer facilities and to be the main contact person for quality related topics.
An important part of the position will be to contribute actively in current research- and development projects for our new generation products and EU supported sustainability projects.
As our Food Technology Manager you will also be working with various stakeholders in the Norwegian and European food- and grocery industry, as well as regulatory authorities.
