Do you have a passion for visual content creation - with an extra flair for social media? We are seeking a creative daredevil that can boost our game on social media and take lead on making visual content for our brands. Creating, evaluating, and optimizing content to several target groups is a natural part of your workday, as well as making our brands visible in the social media landscape. You will work within a team of several digital specialists, including a content producer and specialists on eCommerce and global marketplaces.
Your main areas of responsibility
- Visual content production (images & video) across digital marketing activities for a set of prioritized brands, including graphic productions in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Coordinate content productions and social media campaigns with external partners
- Take lead and be proactive in developing ideas, create and implement visual content and social media plans to different brands and consumer needs to ensure we increase consumer engagement and deliver on strategies
- Ensure organic growth on social media accounts for our brands - with focus on Instagram and TikTok
- Develop and implement influencer marketing activities in cooperation with brand teams
- Ensure visual content is published and optimized/developed based on insights and learnings
- Follow news and trends for content and social media and develop the digital media mix in cooperation with digital and brand teams
- Performance reporting across digital channels
- Be advisor to agencies and internal stakeholders on best way to be visible on social media & best practice for visual content
What is your background?
- Higher degree in communication, content, marketing or digital media
- Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of education
- Experience with creating and editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro and images in Adobe Photoshop
- Social media experience (at work or as an influencer) is an advantage
- Good insights on how to engage and optimize content for social media
- Ability to create visual content that is adapted to the purpose of campaigns/activities, brands and target groups
- Analytical understanding is an advantage
- Speaks Norwegian and English fluently
