The role as Quality Systems Engineer offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to influence and improve the effectiveness and controls of our company processes.
We are expanding our Quality Management System team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the exceptional quality of our products, processes, methods, and tools. The Quality Systems Engineer will work to maintain and improve our implemented quality management system in cooperation with management and experts from all disciplines within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and manage improvement activities in cooperation with management, process owners, and other internal key stakeholders
- Develop quality assurance for new development disciplines in cooperation with management, process owners, and other internal key stakeholders
- Handle non-conformity cases and audit findings
- Plan, conduct and report on process quality metrics
- Arrange, organize, and conduct internal training activities
Qualifications and skills
You have an engineering background, preferably in microelectronics or embedded software development, but candidates with significant quality management or process-oriented experience related to other disciplines will also be considered. You have a passion for business processes related to commercial product development. The specific responsibilities of the job may be adapted to the successful candidate, depending on previous experience with project management or development.
M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering or similar
Some years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Integrated Circuit design (digital/analog)
- Software Development
- Project Management
- Quality Management
Familiar with the ISO 9001 standard
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
