You will be part of a fast-growing international team in Oslo that delivers first line support to our customers across multiple channels and countries. Your main tasks are to deliver great service and resolve customer issues quickly and satisfactorily. You will assist our customers with the setup of their product, help them with the purchase process and answer general questions as well as solving minor technical issues.
What we require:
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You are positive and service minded.
• You have experience in a customer-facing role or other service professions.
• You are patient and understand the importance of good customer experience.
• You are a great communicator, writer, and problem solver.
• You are excited by working in a fast-growing company and want to help build a successful global business.
• Working evenings (18-23) and weekends (9-22 / 2 shifts) with schedule.
• Nice to have: You speak other languages like German, Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish.
•Norwegian is not required, but a big plus!
Responsibilities:
• You are the voice to our end customers and will be responding to inquiries, primarily by e-mail via Zendesk.
• You analyze our customers’ inquiries and take decisions independently to develop and execute solutions.
• You collect our customers’ needs and push their feedback proactively to your team lead and other stakeholders.
