We are now recruiting for a Graduate Human Resource to join our team in Stavanger . You will work closely with highly qualified professionals in the HR department and will during the graduate program grow into a full Human Resources professional. You have a proactive mindset and have the ability to take initiative. Tasks and responsibilities:
- In Vår Energi you will participate in all activities within HR department including administration, training, recruiting, compensation & benefits, employee relations and other relevant HR topics
- Contribute to day-to-day work activities within all HR-areas
Education and experience:
- Master's degree with Human Resource specialization, Change Management, Business Administration or similar
- 0-1 years of working experience
- Very good communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Experience from studying abroad will be an advantage
