You will join our HR department
As our new HR Advisor, you will be a part of a dynamic and highly competent team of three HR business partners reporting directly to the HR Director Norway. Within HR you will also work closely with our teams in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, in addition to Global HR. Together we share the responsibility for following up six market areas and support the line managers both strategically and operationally in their work. We also drive different projects across the company within both operational and strategic development and change.

This role will be working broadly with HR subjects, recruitment and employer branding. Our HR department is going through exciting times establishing a new way of working, and you will become an important contributor in this process.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Employer Branding, responsible for the day to day implementation and follow-up as well as coordinate the interface in the important internal and external employer branding.

Supporting managers in interview stage of recruitment coordinated by the talent acquisition team

HR tasks, support to the HR BPs with several development processes as competence and leadership development, talent and performance management, onboarding, succession planning and creation and implementation of HR tools and concepts.

A relevant bachelor or master’s degree related to HR with 1-2 years’ experience from working with HR

Demonstrated business integrity, insight and empathy

Demonstrated insight in multiple human resource disciplines including HR policy, systems, processes and tools.

Experience with project and process management
-
Experience from working with topics such as Employer Branding or Talent acquisition is preferable.

Proficiency in at least one of Scandinavian languages
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: good at establishing and maintaining professional relations with internal clients and various functions across organisation, knowledge sharing with managers as well as colleagues within HR, self-managing with responsibility for own tasks, ability to manage complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally, ability to work with different industries and processes in parallel.
