HR Retail Banking comprises a team of 9 employees in total, consisting of 6 HR Partners, 2 Managers and one Management Partner. The team is led by the HR Director for Nordea Bank Norge ASA. HR in Nordea consists of HR Operations, Training and Development, specialists and Nordic process owners and units. In addition local and global HR Partners deliver strategic and operational support to all business units in Nordea. HR in Nordea Bank Norway consists of approximately 60 employees

As a graduate (trainee) you will hold a specific position while being enrolled in the Nordea Graduate Programme at the same time. This means that while being part of the daily business, you will attend international seminars together with other graduates from different parts of the Nordea group. The graduate concept also consists of local business area tracks, mentoring process and value chain stays.

As a graduate in HR you will hold the position of Management Partner for the HR Director Norway. You will be responsible for driving many central HR processes and providing support to the other HR Partners in the team. You should enjoy the challenge of ensuring that various administrative tasks are competently dealt with whilst you are also expected to contribute to and engage in strategic discussions both on a team level and at high levels of management within the organisation. You will bring new HR insight to the team and support the HR Director in her daily work. Additionally you will gain an understanding of and a network across all parts of the value chain in HR in our organisation, both on a national and international level in the Nordea group.

Pro-activity, drive and commitment, excellent communication skills

You must have a master's degree with excellent results within Human Resources or Leadership and Organisational Psychology or equivalent and maximum one year of working experience.

Your workplace will be in Oslo and start-up date will be made after agreement but at January 2013 at the latest.
